Reading Writing Writing was a series of public reading and writing groups organized around issues such as identity, technology and language. Originally conceived as an inter-collective activity, Fantastic Futures opened up the critical reading and writing group to a broader public to discuss issues that are important to other New York City residents. They used different modes of reading and writing that are performative, bodily, and based in collective processes, tying creative practice to critical theory.
